Craig Rosenoch, 39, of Stratford, was arrested in Shelton on Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. on charges of: Third-degree burglary Fifth-degree larceny A $10,000 bond was placed, and Rosenoch was transported to the hospital after his arrest.
