08/07/10 SHELTON BRIEFING: Man Enters Not Guilty Pleas In Shelton Kidnapping

This Just In To The Shelton Roundup Newsroom.....
A Connecticut man has pleaded not guilty to allegations he kidnapped a convenience store clerk, threw her in the trunk of a car and repeatedly beat her.
In a race against the clock and possible incarceration, a Shelton developer has made a $120,500 forfeiture payment.
Jim Himes became the first Democrat to represent southwestern Connecticut in the U.S. House of Representatives since 1968 when he beat Chris Shays in 2008.
