A Shelton man is accused of using a car to drag a woman 15 feet following an argument Oct. 6. Patrick G. Hanna, 49, of Summer Street, is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, first-degree reckless endangerment and risk of injury to a minor.
