Thomas J. Moran Jr. of Shelton, owner of TJ Moran's restaurant in Westport, died Nov. 15. He was 85. Moran was born Jan 25, 1928, in Scranton, Pa., son of Thomas J. Moran Sr. and Florence Riley Moran.
