A nurse at Griffin Hospital in Derby who was fired for stealing patients' pain medications and replacing them with salt water has been allowed to keep her nursing license. Rebecca Pepe, of Shelton, was fired in late 2013 after diverting morphine and other medications for her own use, according to a consent order she signed in fall 2014.
