Dispute Leads to Two Arrests At Orange Home

Police responded to a private residence on Prindle Hill Road regarding a domestic incident on Jan. 12 at 5:16 p.m. During the investigation, officers learned that Jill Ulatowski, 47, of 53 Perry Ave., Shelton and William Russo, 45, of 90 Prindle Hill Road, Orange, had gotten into an argument that turned physical.
