Gov. Malloy to announce loan program for those affected by Shelton fire

Anyone who wants to donate non-perishable food, water and clothing can drop it off at the Echo Hose Fire Station at 379 Coram Avenue SHELTON - Gov. Dannel Malloy is expected to announce a loan program for businesses affected by the fire in Shelton that destroyed more than 20 apartments and multiple businesses earlier this month.
