Former Shelton Attorney Charged with Stealing Over $150K Client Funds

JOSEPH DeFILIPPO, age 52, of 20 Vista Drive, Shelton, was charged with one count each of Larceny in the First Degree and Forgery in the Second Degree. If convicted on these charges, he faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.
