Shelton ex-attorney faces larceny chargesvisit|article-5781470|mobile_home_category_body-1685|2

Joseph DeFilippo, 52, who was suspended from practicing law in April 2011, was charged with one count each of larceny in the first degree and forgery in the second degree. In March 2012, the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel in the state Judicial Branch filed a complaint about DeFilippo, who used to own his own law practice.
