A 20-year-old Shelton man is accused of burglary and drinking after he was stopped on Bridgeport Avenue Oct. 31. Kyle Eckweiler is charged with fourth-degree larceny, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to wear a seatbelt.
