Police arrested a Shelton man on a warrant Oct. 30, charging him in the theft of about $110 worth of Trojans condoms from Stop & Shop, 470 Monroe Turnpike, on Aug. 6. Jose Bulerin, 48, of Birchbank Road was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny and held on $1,000 bond for an Oct. 31 court date.
