The National Weather Service has issued a "Hazardous Weather Outlook" for the area for late tonight and Saturday for heavy rains, the chance of some ice, and the possibility of some flooding. According to the National Weather Service's "Hazardous Weather Outlook," 'periods of rain late tonight, any ice accumulation would be less than a tenth of an inch.
