Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Robert Johannesen, 32, of Shelton on April 10 after they concluded an investigation into an August 2014 complaint of a burglary that occurred at the City of Milford Transfer Station located at 831 Oronoque Road. Johannesen is charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.
