A person riding in a car on Route 8 early Wednesday morning suffered a minor grazing wound to the neck after several shots were fired into the victim's car, State Police said. Troopers received a 911 call from the vehicle as it was travelling north on Route 8 in Shelton that an occupant of a passing car had fired multiple shots at their vehicle.
