Milford police say Jeffrey Scott, 166 Prospect Avenue in Shelton, is accused of stalking his former companion while he was allegedly intoxicated. Police said they received a complaint early Monday morning that Scott allegedly violated a court issued protective order by contacting his estranged spouse at her Milford residence.
