Sears still mum on closures to come

Sears Holdings updated investors Thursday on the downsizing of its store footprint, saying it is accelerating the pace of closures as losses increased slightly to $548 million in its third fiscal quarter. In the Fairfield County area, Sears Holdings has Sears department stores at Danbury Fair Mall and Westfield Connecticut Post Mall in Milford, as well as a specialty Sears Hardware store in Shelton.
