Monroe's commercial market grows

When Marina DeCarli heard there was a former restaurant space available on Roosevelt Drive, she jumped at the chance to finally open a business doing what she loved -- working with food. Already co-owner of Shelton-based Bocchino Limousine, the Bridgeport native learned to cook from her "nonna lilia," or grandma, and had for years dreamed of opening an eatery.
