Watchful citizen helps police catch suspected Mt. Juliet car burglar

Patrick Hammer was arrested and booked into the Wilson County jail on charges of motor vehicle burglary, evading arrest, and reckless endangerment. It all started around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday when the citizen saw a man opening car doors on Shelton Court.
