Waterbury man leads police on pursuit ending in Shelton

Police say Keith Ellis of Waterbury was driving a van they identified as the evading vehicle in an earlier hit-and-run on I-95 North near exit 17. They say the van was spotted on I-95 North near exit 25, and continued on to Route 8 North before getting off at exit 13. Ellis was eventually stopped and arrested at the corner of Constitution Boulevard and Ivy Brook Road.
