Neighbors to a proposed planned development district that would put 26 homes on 13 acres of land near Walnut and Perry Hill Avenues voiced their objections during a recent Planning and Zoning Commission hearing. Ken Huzi, a Walnut Avenue resident attending the meeting Tuesday urged the commission to continue the hearing.
