What elected leaders are paid

As Trumbull and Shelton officials debate whether to give their chief elected officials raises, they're turning to surrounding towns to determine how much other municipalities pay their leaders. But no real trends seem to exist for determining a mayor or first selectman's salary, as each municipality has different procedures for determining the wage hike.
